Take The Sino-Nasal Quiz

woman-blowing-nose

Are you suffering from nasal congestion, persistent cough, runny nose, and/or facial pressure? These symptoms can be related to a variety of diseases including sinus infections, the common cold, or allergies. However, each disease process is unique and requires a specialized treatment plan. If your symptoms have been present for a long period of time, it could be a sign of a more chronic inflammatory condition. Use the following sinus quiz to assess how badly your symptoms are impacting your quality of life. Please note, this is a tool to be used to measure your symptom severity, and is not meant to diagnosis anything. Only a board certified physician can properly examine you and treat your ailments.

Rate each symptom below based on how frequent and severe it is, from a scale of 0 to 5 (5 being the worst).
